                                     PEACEFUL, FORTUITOUS FAMILY TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP  

                                     A presentation on how to: develop a pool of prospective candidates for buying

                                     your company; how to increase equity before you sell; understanding

                                     industry-specific appraisals vs. traditional accounting methodologies for

                                     valuation; developing a prospectus; and the mechanics and realities of financing

                                     for buyers and sellers.  This session also addresses the specific – and often                

                                     difficult — issues encountered in family transfers.
