Dear Valued Customer,
I wanted to give you another update about our work to bring our new Reno distribution center up to full speed.
Over the last few days we have taken a step back from pushing out orders so we could fix some of the underlying challenges that have slowed us down. This was not an easy decision for us to make as it is our nature to work as hard and as fast as we can to process your orders. However, we needed to take a small step back so we can now move forward and get back to serving you, our customer.
Our efforts have paid off! This morning, we are working at a faster pace. That said, we will be playing catch up for most of the week as we are starting off with a significant backlog.
Please continue to direct as many orders as possible to our other distribution centers as we quickly catch up. Our team has worked day and night for the past 10 days. They are tired but in good spirits, and are looking forward to exceeding your expectations as we begin normal operations in their new facility.
