Northwest Custom Apparel created a short video showing Cockrell’s shirts being printed by Kornit Storm digital printers. The ink is water-based, which is environmentally friendly and gives the shirt a soft hand. The shirts Cockrell uses are Hanes Nano T-shirts. The best thing about Nano t-shirts is the soft hand of the 100% cotton fabric. The cotton allows the ink to lay down smooth and when it dries to have a soft hand.
In the video you will first see Taylar Hanson and Erik Mickelson of NW Custom Apparel. The Cockrell shirt has a black full back imprint of their logo and a left chest imprint. The wet square on the shirt after the shirt is finished printing is a pretreat mark, which will dry out in the dryer. The shirts are dried at 310 degrees for 8 minutes.
Please take a look at our recent video, showing the printing process of the Cockrell shirts.
