How to Administer Outside Sales Reps

Program Changes:

Our internal administrative costs and time for Gary’s orders has exceeded our original projected costs. We currently do not have enough time and staff members to coordinate Gary’s orders.  We were all hoping for simple orders that would flow through 2 Bucks for Thread’s system. Gary’s program has brought us nice sales numbers, but we can’t process the orders efficiently to continue with Gary’s program.

Current Issues:

  • We will process all Gary’s current orders in our system. We will no longer accept new orders as of October 12th
  • Customer Payments: We need all accounts paid up in FULL by November.
  • Commissions: We will issue the final commission check on November 12th.  All customers that haven’t paid in that time will be deducted from Gary’s final check.  Charge backs for bad orders will also be addressed.

Contract Embroidery:

Option #1

  • We suggest you work with a local embroidery company near your house. It would be easier for you to work hands on with the machine operator to discuss designs and thread colors. We will return your box of disks.

  • Option #2

  • 2 Bucks for Thread can do your contract embroidery orders. We already have a bunch of your logos sampled and ready to go. We would require you to follow our pricing and policies from our established price list. We would only accept orders that follow our contract embroidery guidelines.   If the order is too confusing for our order entry clerks we can’t do it. Fred and Steve will not be processing your orders. They will be 100% out of the loop.
